About SalaryGuide SalaryGuide helps marketing professionals understand what they're worth and negotiate with confidence. We're building the go-to resource for salary data, career compensation insights, and job market intelligence — and we're looking for a content marketer to help us grow.

You'll build and run the organic content engine for SalaryGuide from the ground up — writing and publishing blog posts, managing our newsletter, and creating native content across LinkedIn, Reddit, and X. You'll work closely with the founders to turn product updates, customer insights, and market trends into content that drives real growth.

Publish consistent, high-quality blog content
Post and engage regularly on LinkedIn, Reddit, and X
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social content
Manage the content calendar and publishing workflow




Track content performance and iterate based on data

5+ years experience

- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Proven experience creating content for startups, SaaS, or B2B products
- Experience running newsletters and social media content workflows
- Comfortable with content analytics and performance tracking
- Background in career, hiring, compensation, or job market content

Basic SEO and keyword research skills
Compensation & Perks
~$35 days paid time off (vacation, sick & public holidays)

Remote | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PHT
