We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee Fox Job Search's financial planning and management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The CFO will manage overall financial strategies, supervise the preparation of financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to critical decision-making processes. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data, enhancing fiscal policies,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving the company's financial growth and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategy development
Extensive experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial performance and provide data-driven insights
Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Skilled certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are highly desirable
Expertise in financial software and systems is an added advantage
