We're looking for a driven Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives across business growth, community engagement, wellness, and operations. You'll be the connective tissue between teams — keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and outcomes moving forward.



Lead the full lifecycle of programs and initiatives — from planning and coordination through execution and reporting.
Drive community engagement campaigns and partnership programs that generate measurable participation and impact.
Own project timelines, track deliverables, and surface performance metrics that inform smarter decisions.
2–5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, marketing, or related roles.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
