Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram and other sales channels.
2. Handle individual as well as corporate gifting enquiries.
3. Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, confirmed orders and sales performance.
4. Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and increase sales.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
6. Follow up with prospective customers to close pending enquiries. Skill(s) required
