Ensure scalability and accuracy in HR data management using SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems.

Maintain reliability in payroll and benefits administration through compliance with internal and statutory standards.

Promote knowledge sharing by developing process documentation and conducting training sessions for HR teams.

Proficiency in HRIS tools such as SAP HR,



SuccessFactors, or Workday.

Robust understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

Experience in managing employee data integrity and reporting accuracy.
