Role Overview We are looking for a B2C Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and result-oriented. The role involves connecting with leads over phone calls , understanding learner requirements, counseling them on suitable course offerings, and converting leads into enrollments .
Connect with inbound & outbound leads via phone calls and follow-ups
Counsel learners on Growcline's IT & SAP course offerings
Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM or tracking systems
Achieve individual sales and conversion targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth learner onboarding

Comfortable with telephonic sales and counseling
Experience in edtech or B2C sales is a plus
Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
