Job Description: Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities

* Website Management
o Create, update, and maintain company website pages
o Ensure website content is optimized, accurate, and user-friendly
o Coordinate with design/development teams for website improvements
* Content Creation
o Develop engaging marketing content for digital platforms
o Write blogs, captions, promotional posts, and email content
o Create visuals and marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines
* Social Media Management
o Manage and grow company social media platforms, especially Instagram
o Plan, schedule, and publish content regularly
o Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track performance
* Lead Generation




o Research and identify potential leads and target audiences
o Support outreach campaigns across digital channels
o Maintain and organize lead databases
Requirements

- Experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong content writing and creative skills
- Knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms
- Familiarity with website creation/management tools
- Understanding of lead generation strategies
- Robust organizational and communication skills
