At Knott Agency, we're looking for an AI Content Lead & Video Editor who understands video editing fundamentals and is excited to work with AI-powered creative tools to produce high-quality visual content.

This role involves creating AI-driven brand videos, production videos, social media content, and cinematic digital ads by combining AI-generated visuals with strong editing and storytelling.

We are looking for a highly skilled and creatively driven AI Content Lead & Video Editor to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our content engine — owning the end-to-end production of AI-generated videos, social media content, cinematic brand ads, and edited live-action footage. you are a strategic creative who understands the rapidly evolving AI video landscape and knows exactly which tool to reach for to achieve a specific visual outcome.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely excited about AI video generation, stays ahead of model releases and capabilities, and can seamlessly blend AI-generated sequences with real-world footage into polished, high-impact deliverables.

3–5 years of professional experience in video editing, content production, or a closely related creative role.





- Proven hands-on experience with AI video generation tools — Higgsfield AI experience is strongly preferred; Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing across social media content, cinematic ads, or brand videos.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of colour grading, sound design fundamentals, and motion graphics.
- Solid aesthetic sensibility with a clear understanding of what makes content perform on social platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fully remote environment.
