We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager who understands the art of relationship management and the science of revenue growth.

If you enjoy engaging with enterprise customers, identifying business opportunities, navigating commercial conversations, and building strategic relationships, this opportunity could be for you!

Account Ownership: Manage and nurture relationships across an assigned commercial customer portfolio.

Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and incremental business from existing accounts.

Opportunity Management: Identify whitespace opportunities and develop account-level growth strategies.

Commercial Excellence: Drive proposals, negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial closures.

Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction, address escalations,



and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Sales Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, presales, delivery, and OEM teams to ensure successful customer engagement.

5–8 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management.

- Experience in IT Services, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Technology, Cloud Infrastructure, or Networking.
- Proven ability to manage existing customer relationships and generate incremental revenue.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
