Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive (Female) to manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry, strong customer relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships from booking through possession and post-possession support.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with timely resolution.

Coordinate agreement registration, documentation, and KYC verification.

Follow up on customer payments, demand letters, and outstanding dues.

Coordinate with banks for home loan processing and disbursements.

Work closely with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site teams for smooth customer service.

Share construction updates, possession schedules, and project communications with customers.





Prepare possession documentation and coordinate the handover process.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and generate MIS reports.

Ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and timelines.

Required Skills

Experience in Real Estate CRM is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer handling and conflict resolution abilities.

Knowledge of agreement registration, possession process, and home loan coordination.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Female candidate preferred.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).

4 to 8 years of experience in Real Estate CRM.

Experience with reputed real estate developers will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
