We are hiring for a Leading Institutional Broking Firm seeking an experienced Lead Equity Research Analyst (Sector Agnostic) with a strong track record in Indian equity markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead coverage of Indian listed companies (sector-agnostic exposure preferred)
- Publish high-quality research reports for institutional clients
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks
- Conduct management interactions, channel checks, and industry analysis
- Generate actionable investment ideas (initiation, result updates, thematic notes)




- Support institutional sales team with client interactions and roadshows

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience as a Rated Analyst in the Indian equity markets
- 7–12+ years of experience in Sell-Side Institutional Research
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Established institutional client relationships preferred
- CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
