Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions under C2H hiring models.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Explain C2H employment terms, contract duration, payroll structure, and permanent conversion opportunities.
- Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts and candidate joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality.

Required Skills





- Experience in IT recruitment and C2H hiring.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Angular, React, DevOps, Cloud,

SQL, Testing, and other technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Solid candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Prior experience in C2H, contractual, and permanent hiring will be an added advantage.
