Role & responsibilities

- Handle procurement for civil construction, renovation, interior fit-outs, and infrastructure projects.
- Source and manage vendors, civil contractors, and suppliers across multiple project locations.
- Collect and compare BOQ-based quotations, negotiate prices, and select suitable vendors.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), work orders (WOs), and commercial contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of contractor work at project sites.
- Manage vendor relationships, control procurement costs, and maintain backup suppliers.
- Coordinate with project teams, Finance, and other departments for procurement requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 years in construction, civil procurement, renovation, or fit-out projects.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ, RFQs, quotation comparison, vendor negotiation, and work orders.
- Experience handling procurement for multiple projects or sites.
- Knowledge of civil materials, finishing materials, contractor rates, and basic electrical/MEP procurement.
- Valuable Excel skills, documentation, vendor management, and coordination abilities.
