Designation: Quality Analyst

A Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of service or product delivery to ensure it meets organizational standards and customer expectations. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, identifying areas of improvement, and enhancing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate calls, processes, or product samples to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify gaps in performance and provide actionable feedback to improve quality.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to implement quality improvement plans.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or similar role (BPO/Customer Service QA preferred).
- Strong analytical and observational skills.
- Valuable communication and report-writing abilities.
- Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
