Experienced Chef Required – Guwahati

We are hiring an experienced Biryani Specialist & Multi-Cuisine Chef for our cloud kitchen in Six Mile–Jayanagar, Guwahati.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Negotiable)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Cooking Skills Required

Kolkata & Hyderabadi Dum Biryani (Top Priority)

Indian & Mughlai Food

Chinese / Indo-Chinese Food

Bengali Food

Job Responsibilities

Prepare tasty, high-quality food with the same taste and quantity every day.

Calculate food preparation costs, including ingredients, portions and wastage.

Manage daily kitchen operations and guide kitchen staff.

Check ingredient stock and control food wastage.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food quality.

Prepare food on time and manage customer orders efficiently.

Job Details

Location: Six Mile–Jayanagar, Guwahati, Assam

Duty Time:



11 AM – 11 PM (Including breaks)

Working Days: Kitchen open 7 days a week, with one weekly off for the chef on a mutually agreed day.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000/month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience.
- Must be an expert in Biryani and skilled in all the mentioned cuisines.
- Must have valuable knowledge of food costing and kitchen management.
- Must have experience working in a restaurant or cloud kitchen.
- Must be responsible, hardworking and able to manage kitchen work efficiently.
