Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via s, chats, or s
Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues efficiently
Collections follow-ups and payment reminders (for collections process)
Upselling cross-selling products or services (for sales process)
Maintain professional communication with customers
Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Minimum qualification: 12th pass Graduate
Valuable communication skills (English/ Hindi mandatory; regional languages added advantage)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (for international process)
Basic computer knowledge
