Job Description-

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (S/4HANA preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- S/4HANA Certification is an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in SD Pricing, ATP, Returns Processing, Credit Management, and OTC processes.
- Experience in SAP template implementation and global rollouts.
- In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Logistics Execution, MTO, and ETO processes.




- Hands-on experience with Object Dependencies, Constraints, Procedures, and Variant Tables.
- Experience with single and multi-level BOMs, incident management, and customer support.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong customer management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x5 support setting.
