Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using the Pega CSA framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects in existing Pega implementations for optimal system performance.
- Develop technical documentation for new features and system changes.
- Create complex reports and dashboards using Pega PRPC.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in Pega development with CSSA certification.
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC concepts and report/dashboard creation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with effective task prioritization.
- Experience in developing technical documentation for current features and system changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in software development.
