Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BI Tools Manager with 9-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Analytics, and Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) or MicroStrategy, along with team management, stakeholder management, and BI solution delivery experience.

Roles Responsibilities
Lead and manage BI development and support teams.
Design, develop, and implement enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Manage end-to-end BI project delivery and resource planning.
Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scorecards.
Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Drive performance optimization of BI applications and databases.
Mentor team members and conduct technical reviews.
Manage production support, issue resolution, and release management.
