Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery based on their preferences and requirements
- - Promote diamond collections, recent arrivals, and exclusive designs to achieve sales targets
- - Explain diamond quality (cut, color, clarity, carat), certifications, and craftsmanship
- - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
- - Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
- - Maintain store display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- - Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and inventory handling
- - Stay updated on diamond trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- - Participate in promotions, events,
and customer engagement activities
- - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Requirements:
- - Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree
- - Prior retail sales experience is mandatory (Diamond jewellery experience preferred)
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Target-driven with a customer-centric approach
- - Good knowledge of diamond grading and jewellery presentation
- Working Hours:
- - 10 hours per day
