Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable silver jewellery products.
- - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store targets.
- - Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
- - Maintain product display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- - Handle billing and basic POS operations accurately.
- - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- - Assist in stock management, including stock counting and replenishment.
- - Follow company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

- Requirements:
- - Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery or fashion retail).
- - Positive communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Telugu preferred).
- - Presentable, customer-oriented, and sales-driven attitude.
- - Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
