Role Overview

As a Trainee - Digital Marketing, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support SEO initiatives, content marketing activities, website optimization, campaign execution, market research, and lead generation efforts.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates to gain hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS marketing, digital campaigns, analytics, and growth marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

- Assist in keyword research and SEO analysis.
- Support on-page SEO activities, including content optimization and metadata updates.
- Monitor website performance and search rankings.
- Conduct competitor and industry research.

Content Marketing

- Support the creation and distribution of marketing content across digital channels.
- Repurpose blogs into social media posts, newsletters, videos, and other content formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content publishing and promotion.

Digital Campaign Support





- Assist in executing Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports.
- Track lead generation activities and marketing metrics.

Market Research & Analytics

- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track campaign performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Webinar & Event Marketing

- Support webinar and virtual event promotions.
- Assist in registration management and participant communications.
- Help create post-event marketing content and follow-up activities.

Desired Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Interest in SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing or Finance) - 2026 Pass Out.
- Relevant internships, certifications, or project work in Digital Marketing are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or SEO tools will be an added advantage.
