Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using Appian.
- Define end-to-end architecture and technical design for Appian-based solutions.
- Build scalable, reusable, and loosely coupled application components.
- Lead development, stabilization, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain data models, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Work on change requests, enhancements, and application modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




- Mentor and guide junior developers and conduct technical reviews.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Follow release management and code deployment processes across environments.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Provide after-hours support when required for critical business applications.
