Full Stack Developer: React.js + Node.js + AI

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js, Node.js backend development and AWS cloud services, who also uses AI tools and AI models in everyday development, to build and maintain scalable web applications.

Required Skills

- Strong backend development experience in Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks).
- Strong experience in React.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
- Hands-on AI experience as described below (mandatory).
- REST API development experience.
- Strong SQL database experience (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server).
- Git and Agile development workflow.
- Good understanding of software design principles and best practices.

Mandatory AI Experience

Candidates must have practical, hands-on experience using AI in real projects, covering the following:

- Daily use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Code generation and refactoring with AI tools.
- Debugging assistance & Writing unit tests with AI support.
- Documentation support & Query / API optimization using AI tools.




- AI-assisted feature development and implementation.
- Integrating AI models into Node.js applications through APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
- Basic prompt engineering.

Note: This is not an AI research or AI engineering role. Candidates should be able to explain how they used AI tools and AI models in a real project.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs using Node.js.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features into applications.
- Use AI tools to speed up development, testing and documentation.
- Integrate frontend and backend components.
- Work with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server).
- Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment, hosting, and support.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Good to Have

- Exposure to LLMs / RAG / LangChain / LangGraph.
- React Native (mobile application development).
- Docker & CI/CD pipelines.
- Microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in learning new technologies, especially AI, cloud technologies, and contemporary software development.
