Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes.

- Provide operational support to the team, handling customer queries and issues efficiently.

- Offer technical assistance through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer concerns.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of business operations.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on daily activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-4 years of experience in Back Office Operations or related field.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.

- Robust understanding of Customer Support Operations and Technical Support principles.

- Hindi is Mandotory
