Simha Projects is looking for a young, well-spoken, proactive Site Engineer to manage interior projects on site from start to handover. You will be the main link between our clients, vendors and site team, and will take responsibility for delivering quality work within the deadline.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute interior projects as per drawings, specifications and timelines
- Coordinate services work electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling and related works
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, and assign daily work to site teams
- Take site measurements, and prepare and verify bills (measurement & billing)
- Plan and procure materials, and track their delivery to site
- Share regular site progress updates with management and clients
- Handle client coordination and resolve site issues promptly
- Ensure quality,



safety and on-time completion of work
- Should possess basic civil work knowledge and experience.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in interior execution
- Civil or Mechanical background (B.Tech / Diploma)
- Sound knowledge of services (MEP) in interior projects
- Experience in measurement, billing and material procurement
- Well-spoken with valuable communication skills; confident in dealing with clients
- Proactive, takes ownership and responsibility for the work
- Able to manage multiple tasks and complete work within deadlines

Salary: 35k++++
