Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor In-Process Quality

2. Ensure adherence to process parameters and Control plans.

3. Analyze defects and failures

4. Drive reduction of rejection, rework and Scrap

5. Conduct stage-wise inspection

6. Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA)

7. Maintain and review quality data

8. Lead continuous improvement initiatives

9. Coordinate with cross functional teams

10. Support customer quality requirements.

Technical Skills :

Knowledge of rubber compounding, curing and tyre building process,

Proficiency in SPC, MSA, and 7 QC tools

Understanding of ISO / IATF standards

Preferred candidate profile

Dip in Polymer / B.Tech Polymer / Rubber Technology with 3 Years Industries Experience
