The Engineer for the Support Oxygen Plant WML will engage in structured on-the-job training to acquire practical knowledge and hands-on experience within the operations department. This role is pivotal in supporting daily departmental activities, including documentation, data management, coordination, reporting, and project-related tasks. The engineer will collaborate closely with seasoned team members and the reporting manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes. They will develop both functional and professional skills while adhering to company policies and safety standards. The role demands active contribution to departmental goals and requires the engineer to assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.



The engineer will also be responsible for preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports to aid in decision-making and strategy formulation. Effective communication and coordination with internal departments are essential to ensure smooth operations. The engineer will support various departmental activities and projects, contributing to their successful execution.
