Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Finance Controlling Analyst to join our Corporate and Global Business team, where you will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic initiatives.

As a Finance Controlling Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Corporate and Global Business team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with SOX controls. You will support month-end close activities, review financial reports, and facilitate efficiency improvements in line with our Automation, Faster Better Close, and cost optimization strategies. Your expertise will drive best practices and alignment of financial requirements across Haleon.

Key Responsibilities

- Month-End Close Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Financial Reports Review: Analyze and review financial reports to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- SOX Controls Execution: Execute and monitor SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Efficiency Improvements: Facilitate the delivery of efficiency improvements in support of Automation, Faster Better Close, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Best Practices and Alignment:



Drive best practices and alignment of financial requirements across Haleon, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial processes.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants/ACCA certified
- Experience in Global reporting and accounting processes and performance management systems
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team workplace.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines for activities
- Good communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals across a variety of internal functions
- Flexibility and can do attitude to ensure that task is achieved
