The Villa Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay at Mirth Resorts Residences. From arrival to departure, you will oversee all villa operations - coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams to maintain Mirth's hallmark standards of personalized hospitality and refined luxury. Candidates with an FB background are preferred for their service precision and eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day villa operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams for smooth service delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing in-villa dining and private experiences.
- Conduct pre-arrival checks to ensure readiness and presentation of villas.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm, personalized touch.
- Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance repeat experiences.
- Support the Front Office and FB departments during peak operations or special events.
- Uphold hygiene, safety,



and brand standards across all villa areas.

Qualifications Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in guest relations, villa operations, or FB service in a luxury setting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
