You will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development while building a positive workplace culture that supports business growth.

What you'll be doing

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
- Maintain HR records and employee documentation.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning.
- Build a positive and inclusive company culture.

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR,



Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
