Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools including:

- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- Integration Procedures
- DataRaptors

- Build highly customizable front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, Apex callouts, and external services.




- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and architects to convert business requirements into technical designs.
- Create and maintain data models, custom metadata, and ensure clean and optimized data flow across systems.
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and reusability efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues in production and non-production environments.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies - daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog, grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills Capabilities

- 5-7 years of total Salesforce development experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio
- Proficient in:
Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing security architecture
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and use of DevOps tools (e.g.,Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Administrator

(Nice to have) OmniStudio Consultant, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer IIs
