Role - Project Manager ( BFSI experience is mandatory)

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects or concurrent workstreams.
- Proven experience in Project Management with mandatory exposure to the Banking, Financial Services /Capital Market domain.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and implementation readiness activities.
- Support Agile and traditional delivery models, including facilitating Agile ceremonies where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
- Prepare and present project updates, financial reports, and executive-level presentations





Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in Project Management or Delivery Management in BFSI projects or organizations.
- Strong expertise in Project Governance, Project Planning & Scheduling, Financial Management & Budget Tracking, Risk & Issue Management, Change Control Management, Status Reporting & Stakeholder Management, Implementation Readiness
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consulting mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools.

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred certifications:
- PMP
- PMI-ACP
- CSM
- CSP

- CFA or FRM certification will be an added advantage.
