• Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on expertise in Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search strings.
• Experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple IT requirements and closures. Work Mode: Work from Office
