LLM Engineer – Generative AI

Bangalore, India Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time (Client Opportunity) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Maximum 30 Days Role Overview We are looking for a skilled LLM Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying scalable, production-ready AI applications using modern LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and Generative AI solutions.
• Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Implement prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Develop scalable AI applications and integrate APIs.
• Evaluate, optimize, and monitor LLM performance.



Required Skills
• Strong Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search.
• LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
• LLM Fine-Tuning (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
• Model Evaluation, Optimization, and Performance Tuning.
• AI Application Development, API Integration, and MLOps. Good to Have: LangGraph, Agentic AI, MCP, and robust problem-solving skills. Candidate Requirements
• 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
