• Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS and systems including Billing, CRM, Mediation, ERP, Collections, and Payments.
• Experience with SQL, Advanced Excel, Unix Shell Scripting, Alteryx, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong analytical, root cause analysis, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:
Experience with Revenue Assurance tools, advanced analytics platforms, and AI-enabled monitoring solutions.
• Recommendation: Knowledge of TM Forum Revenue Assurance frameworks and industry best practices. Additional Information:
