The firm also offers Virtual Chief Financial Officer services and due diligence support, helping clients strengthen their financial systems and make informed strategic decisions. Role Description The Article Assistant will support the firm’s accounting, audit, taxation, and advisory engagements on a daily basis. Responsibilities include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers and documentation, supporting direct and indirect tax compliance and filings, and helping with accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role also involves gathering and analyzing financial data, assisting in due diligence assignments,



and contributing to process outsourcing and business advisory projects under the guidance of senior team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring consistent collaboration with colleagues and clients. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing practices.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including compliance, filings, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software; comfort working with data and reconciliations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a skilled team environment.
• Pursuing or completed relevant professional qualifications (such as CA articleship, or equivalent) and a degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new assignments, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
