The Retoucher will refine and enhance images by performing detailed photo retouching, color correction, and image cleanup while maintaining brand and client guidelines. Responsibilities include preparing images for various formats,



collaborating with photographers and creative teams, and ensuring consistent quality across large batches of assets. The role involves reviewing feedback, making revisions efficiently, organizing files, and meeting deadlines for ongoing campaigns and projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Image Editing and Photo Retouching skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in Creative Direction and Photography to support visual consistency and storytelling.
• Candidates should possess Graphics skills to prepare images for digital, social, and print use.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software).
• Strong eye for detail, color, composition, and visual balance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
• Prior experience in commercial, fashion, product, or editorial retouching is preferred.
