Role Description The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations at the Kaze Experience Store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, providing product information and recommendations, and promoting Kaze Living’s conscious, healthy lifestyle offerings. The role involves handling sales transactions, managing inventory and stock displays,



maintaining store hygiene and visual merchandising standards, and coordinating with the store and operations teams for timely replenishment. The Store Executive will also address customer queries or concerns, support promotional activities, and help achieve sales and service targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive in-store experience.
• Experience in retail operations and store management, preferably in food, wellness, or lifestyle products.
• Sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Effective communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Basic commerce or business understanding for handling billing, cash, and daily sales reports.
• Attention to detail in inventory handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Ability to work in office in Gurugram, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
• Prior experience in a retail store or customer-facing role is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in commerce, retail, or business is an advantage.
