Job Description:

- Lead technical design and architecture for CBS migration and modernization programs

- Define scalable, high-performance architecture for core banking platforms

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements

- CBS Migration & Implementation

- Drive end-to-end CBS migration lifecycle, including system design,

- integration, cutover, and stabilization

- Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and system interoperability

- Ensure minimal downtime and business continuity during migration

- Integration & Performance Management

- Design and manage complex integrations across multiple banking systems and channels

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues during migration

- Optimize throughput, latency, and transaction handling capacity Emerging Technology Enablement
