The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, is expected to independently lead recruitment planning and delivery to achieve timely, consistent, and objective hiring outcomes. Key expectations include developing standard operating procedures and benchmarks across the recruitment lifecycle—from talent planning and sourcing to candidate screening, evaluation, selection, offer management and negotiation, candidate status management, and current hire onboarding. The role combines hands-on recruitment expertise with advisory partnership, guiding leaders and collaborating with teams to meet organizational talent needs and continuously strengthen recruitment practices.

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of work experience with a Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or a related field.
