Role Description The Instructor role is a full time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality training and development programs to clients and internal teams. The Instructor will design and facilitate virtual training sessions, create clear and engaging learning materials, and adapt content to different audiences and skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting live online workshops, providing constructive feedback to learners, and tracking training progress and outcomes. The Instructor will collaborate with consulting and operations teams to align training content with business objectives, ensure consistency in delivery, and continuously improve course materials based on learner feedback and industry best practices.



This role requires strong communication skills, professional presence in virtual settings, and the ability to manage multiple training projects concurrently. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in training, teaching, or facilitating adult learning in a business or professional environment.
• Strong curriculum design and instructional skills, including the ability to create clear, structured lesson plans and training materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups in virtual and remote settings.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms for online training (e.g., video conferencing, learning management systems, presentation software).
• Ability to assess learner needs, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple courses, cohorts, or client programs at once.
• Collaborative mindset and professionalism when working with cross-functional teams and diverse client stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in consulting, business services, or corporate training is preferred but not required.
