Role Description The Research Assistant role at Raksha Mata Ventures Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Research Assistant will support research activities by gathering and organizing data, conducting literature reviews, and assisting in the design and execution of experiments or studies. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing materials, maintaining accurate records, performing basic laboratory procedures (where applicable), and ensuring data is documented and stored securely. The Research Assistant will collaborate with senior researchers, contribute to reports and presentations,

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret findings, identify patterns, and support evidence-based conclusions.
• Demonstrated Research experience, including literature review, data collection, and documentation of methodologies.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and present research outcomes clearly.
• Relevant Laboratory Skills (if applicable to the project), including safe handling of equipment, adherence to protocols, and accurate record-keeping.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as science, engineering, social sciences, or related disciplines.
