- NOIDA. Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, and building a strong sales pipeline for technology and consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing and delivering client presentations, and supporting sales proposals and pitch materials. The Business Development Associate will collaborate closely with senior sales and delivery teams to understand service offerings, engage prospective clients, and contribute to revenue growth and client acquisition. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with prospects, and supporting relationship management activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering qualified Presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.




• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identifying target segments.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT services, consulting, or software solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work with CRM tools, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and basic online research tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, goal-oriented approach, and capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
