About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers and students who want to gain practical exposure to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You will get hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, work on live hiring requirements, and learn how recruitment operations function in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on

job description
s and hiring requirements.
* Conduct initial candidate outreach and communicate job opportunities.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
* Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
* Assist with recruitment drives and other talent acquisition activities.
* Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations. Requirements & Skills
* Freshers or students pursuing/completing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are welcome to apply.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.




* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
