About the Company

We are looking for a technically competent and proactive Site Engineer to supervise solar structure installations, coordinate with customers, and ensure quality execution at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Inspection & Technical Assessment
• Conduct site visits for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
• Assess site conditions, structural requirements, and installation feasibility.
• Verify site measurements against approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify installation challenges and recommend practical solutions. 2. Installation Supervision
• Supervise installation of solar module mounting structures (MMS), FRP Walkways, Cable Trays, and Handrails.
• Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Guide installation teams and contractors on correct assembly procedures.
• Monitor installation quality, alignment, fastening, and structural integrity. 3. Quality Inspection & Troubleshooting
• Conduct quality inspections of supplied materials and installed structures.




• Identify installation defects, material issues, and workmanship concerns.
• Investigate customer complaints and prepare detailed technical inspection reports.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and quality departments for corrective actions.
• Ensure all technical observations are supported by photographs, measurements, and documented evidence. 4. Customer & Contractor Coordination
• Act as the technical point of contact at project sites.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, installers, customers, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance for installation and troubleshooting.
• Communicate site observations professionally and accurately.
• Escalate critical technical issues to management before committing to replacements or corrective measures. 5. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily site visit reports with photographs and observations.
• Maintain installation checklists, inspection reports, and site measurement records.
• Submit material discrepancy and quality reports.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, pending issues, and resolution status. Required Qualifications
• Diploma / B.
Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.




• 2–5 years of experience in solar projects, preferably solar mounting structures.
• Understanding of rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, structural layouts, and installation manuals.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with steel structures, aluminium profiles, fasteners, and FRP products.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India. Preferred Skills
• Robust technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently at project sites.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of installation safety practices.
