Role Description The Store Crew role is a full-time, on-site position based at Kofi Kafi outlets in Delhi, India. Store Crew members are responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other menu items, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards. Daily tasks include greeting guests, taking and processing orders, handling cash and digital payments, maintaining cleanliness of the store and equipment, and restocking supplies. Team members support smooth store operations by collaborating with colleagues, following food safety and hygiene guidelines,



and providing friendly, effective service. Store Crew may also assist with basic inventory checks, simple promotional activities, and communicating guest feedback to store leadership. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage politely and professionally with guests.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, including familiarity with digital payment methods.
• Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in a café or retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team, follow instructions, and support smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Reliability in maintaining full-time on-site availability in Delhi, India, including weekends or shifts as needed.
• Previous experience in a café, quick-service restaurant, or retail setting is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background is beneficial; training will be provided.
• Interest in coffee and willingness to learn beverage preparation techniques and menu knowledge.
