It's about storytelling, timing, creativity, sound, visuals and knowing exactly when to surprise the viewer. The RoleWe're looking for a highly creative Video Editor who thinks beyond basic cuts and transitions. You should understand how Instagram Reels work, how editing affects audience retention and how the right combination of motion graphics, sound effects, visual effects, music and storytelling can transform a simple video into engaging content. You'll work closely with our creative, scripting and production teams to turn concepts and raw footage into high-quality, entertaining and visually exciting videos. We want someone who experiments, stays updated and constantly brings new editing styles to the table. What You'll Be Creating
• Viral Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
• Fast-paced, trend-driven and meme-style edits.
• Nightclub, nightlife, party and event videos.
• Creative, funny and relatable real estate Reels.
• Cinematic property, hospitality and lifestyle videos.
• Motion-graphics-based videos and animated text sequences.
• AI-generated visuals, creative effects and experimental edits.
• Engaging edits using music, sound design, captions, transitions and visual effects.




• Fresh editing formats inspired by current Instagram and internet trends. Skills & Software We're Looking For 1. Professional Video Editing
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks and audience retention.
• Ability to edit Reels with strong openings and engaging sequences.
• Good sense of music selection, beat cuts, sound effects and audio transitions.
• Ability to turn raw footage into polished videos with minimal hand-holding. 2. After Effects & Motion Graphics
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to create animated typography, motion graphics and engaging text animations.
• Knowledge of tracking, masking, compositing and visual effects.
• Creative use of transitions, overlays, graphic elements and animation.
• Ability to create visually interesting edits instead of relying only on preset transitions. 3. AI Video & Image Generation
• Familiarity with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
• Ability to experiment with AI-generated visuals and integrate them into Reels.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted editing, background generation, visual effects and creative workflows.
• Willingness to explore current AI tools and techniques as they emerge. 4. Modern Instagram Editing Styles
• Strong understanding of current Instagram Reels editing trends.
• Knowledge of kinetic typography, speed ramps, masking transitions, match cuts and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of sound design, trending audio, memes and internet culture.
• Ability to recreate, adapt and improve new editing styles.
