Its flagship product, StratOS, provides readily available tools that help pharma companies design, refine, and implement strategy with direct user control over key decisions. The platform is designed to augment strategic efforts, reduce time spent on preparation and slide creation, and enable impact from day one. StratOS supports users across the value chain and transparently highlights areas where data is limited, emphasizing clarity to enable better decision-making. Kynevo focuses on creating practical, ethical, and user-centric AI solutions that drive efficiency where it matters most. Role Description The Co-Founder at Kynevo will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy in the pharma AI space. This remote role, based in Bengaluru (Optional) , involves leading cross-functional collaboration between product, technology, and business teams, and engaging directly with pharma stakeholders to validate needs and refine solutions. The Co-Founder will drive business development, build strategic partnerships, oversee marketing and sales initiatives, and help secure investment and growth opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding research and experimentation,



setting operational priorities, and contributing hands-on to strategy documents, presentations, and customer-facing narratives. The role requires a solid entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to work in an early-stage environment, and commitment to building scalable, ethical AI-driven products. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand pharma markets, evaluate data-driven insights, and inform strategic decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with external partners and customers.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to develop go-to-market strategies, drive customer acquisition, and build a recognizable brand presence in the pharma and AI ecosystem.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consulting, or AI-driven products is highly beneficial.
• Proven entrepreneurial or leadership experience in a startup or innovation-focused environment is preferred.
• Ability to work and operate with autonomy, and make high-impact decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant academic background in business, technology, life sciences, or related fields is advantageous but not strictly required if compensated by strong practical experience.
