Its work is centered on three core pillars: Talent, Global Market Access, and Fund. Role Description The Caller internship role at Posspole is an on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will engage in outbound and inbound calling to connect with prospective partners, clients, and stakeholders, and will help schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, and support relationship-building activities. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and contact databases, sharing basic information about Posspole’s offerings, gathering feedback from conversations, and escalating qualified leads or queries to senior team members.



The Caller will collaborate with the business development and operations teams to support outreach campaigns, ensure timely communication, and contribute to a professional, consistent caller experience. This internship offers exposure to innovation-led sectors and the opportunity to develop strong communication and client interaction skills. Qualifications
• Robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to manage call logs, maintain basic records, and use common office productivity tools or CRM systems.
• Good interpersonal skills, including relationship-building, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and daily targets.
• Comfort with learning about new products and sectors, and explaining key points in simple, accurate language.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Interest in innovation, startups, or technology-driven sectors; prior calling or customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborate with diverse teams in a professional setting.
• Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; fields such as business, communications, or marketing are beneficial.
